How we ensure smooth communication and alignment with clients

Our standard process

While on discovery calls, we noticed a worrying trend๐Ÿ‘‡๏ธย 
Quite a few people have been burned in the past because of bad processes.

At Wavect we pride ourselves on our processes so we thought weโ€™d share exactly what working with us is like.

Initial call (โˆผ 30min)

We get to know each other, we talk about your vision and where you want to get to. We then talk about any obstacles youโ€™re facing and if Wavect is the absolute best partner for you!

If we are the absolute best partner for you, we move to stage 2.

Discovery phase (โˆผ 1 week)

During this phase, we jump on as many calls as needed (usually 2-3 calls) to craft a comprehensive project document.

This ensures that everyone is aligned.

During this phase, we also ask you questions like:

  • Why blockchain?

  • Do the project specifications support your next goal? (e.g. raising money or reaching X revenue)

Build phase

We get to work and develop alongside stakeholders or early users.

In this phase, we usually have weekly calls to update our clients on progress and direction.

For async communication, we prefer Slack but can accommodate other platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram.

Additionally, we provide weekly change logs - this ensures the client can see exactly what has been done.
